Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01
S&R Farmaceutici SpA has adopted a model of organization, management, and control in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001, which introduced into the Italian legal system the administrative liability of the company for certain specific types of criminal offenses, when it is ascertained that they have been committed in the company's interest.
In order to comply with the law, companies must adopt and establish:

• An Organizational, Management, and Control Model (Model)
• An Ethical Code
• A Supervisory Body

The Board of Directors of S&R Farmaceutici SpA approved the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 and the Ethical Code on January 10, 2019. The Model is aimed at supporting, in a way very similar to how rules and principles support ethics, personal integrity, and correctness in the operations of S&R Farmaceutici SpA.
The Ethical Code indicates the founding and inspiring principles reaffirmed by the Company at the basis of its operations in each of its fields of activity: it represents the reference framework for the behaviors required of those who operate in the name and on behalf of the Company.
The Board of Directors of S&R Farmaceutici SpA has appointed the Supervisory Body with the task of supervising the functioning and compliance of the Model and ensuring its updating. Any reports or requests for further information can be sent to the dedicated email address: odv@srfarmaceutici.com
